Retreats

“Stepping into a Whirling World with a Centered Heart"

With the use of a Potter’s Wheel, I will create several forms while relating work with clay to work with our souls: centering, opening, growing, shaping, firing. We will pay special attention to noticing what is being birthed in our lives, resistances to that new life, reconciling forces and emerging Surprises. Each person is invited to make a pinch pot with contemplative guidance to take home as a memory. This retreat is appropriate for families, youth groups, church groups, friends, couples, work teams, etc.

  • Retreats Hosted by You: We can meet in my home, or in your church or retreat venue. The retreat planner covers the logistics (including meals), and opens and closes the retreat. I just provide the input. Contact me to discuss your goals and we can plan my involvement in the retreat—the date, time, number of sessions, cost, etc.

  • Retreats Hosted by Me: A retreat offered in my home, open to anyone over age twelve, with a delightful mix of people who do not know each other. Discover different perspectives of God, life and our connections to each other. Spend some time outside on our three acre farmette, surrounded by farms that are worked by horses. I plan the logistics, provide a light lunch, and open and close the sessions.
